African Tax Administration Forum

An organisation established in 2008 that promotes and facilitates cooperation between African tax authorities and other stakeholders, with the aim of improving the effectiveness of tax legislation and tax administration. One of the areas of interest of the Forum is transactions between related entities, and in particular the procedures for settling them.
